    I think more time with doctor was needed. I do not need multiple examinations by 4 different people. He suggested a CBD ointment, which I had, just needed to search for the tube. I found it last week, and it was definitely a difference maker.

    Orthotics we’re a complete waste of money. They hurt my feet more than flip flops. I’m glad Dr. Baravarian could properly diagnose my plantar plate tear. Especially after seeing 3 other podiatrists who said it was a neuroma. Thank you

    Excellent doctors and tech support persons. However the only suggestion would have been for receptionist to let me know as a new patient to come an hour before appointment to fill out online mandatory health questions .

    The receptionist was not friendly my first visit while paying my sessions and asking questions as I am new. Everything and everyone else was exceptional!

    The doctor took no time to get to know me or my complaints. My orthotics are not particularly comfortable, and I actually would not recommend the practice to anyone. Disappointing but my HMO's only referral.

    Billing System and timing of insurance claims was not a clearly understood process. We would receive notice of payment from the insurer well before showing reimbursements from UFAI. We understand the complexity and human resource constraints but as a couple sharing the same health care plan and HSA account, our deductibles would have been met faster if billing and submissions to insurance carriers was faster and more timely.

    The only thing that really bothered me was the lady who was working the front desk . Being that it was my first time at the office , she was rude and didn’t communicate very well .

    When I would ask her a few questions she had a sarcastic answers .

    Not only with me but with everyone else that was there that day .

    Maybe she was having a rough day , I’m not sure but the rest of the staff was very pleasant .

    I didn’t receive this survey, when I saw Dr.Bob, it was my first time seeing someone, after Dr.Redkar left. I would not return if he was the only other podiatrist there. He basically threw a tantrum at the staff, a loud one, for myself and other patients to hear. It was appalling behavior, and incredibly unprofessional. Fortunately, I was able to see Dr. Brisken, and was happy with his care. And did return.

    I had to call multiple times to the office and my insurance for the preauthorization. The receptionist told me that the medical assistant was going to call me back to answer my questions. She / He did not call back. No one from the office called me back to schedule an appointment after the preauthorization was approved. The admin staff is doing a disservice to the Doctor’ s good work.
