My visit to the foot&ankle Institute, to be seen and evaluated by Dr.Franson was very productive, informative and was conducted in a very kind and thorough way, providing me with a hopeful prognoses.

What can I say? Dr.Franson and the entire staff at University Foot and Ankle Institute are the BEST! My surgery went flawlessly, and with minimal pain. I was off pain meds 2 days after surgery and I continue to heal from my right foot bunion surgery. Im so impressed, Ive scheduled my left foot which has minimum bunions protruding. Dr.Franson is patient, explains everything clearly and concisely and has a very pleasant demeanor. Even at the surgical center, I found the anesthesiologist very nice and calming, and all the nurses were very kind and compassionate. I always get a little nervous right before any kind of procedure requiring anesthesia and I felt completely safe and confident with everything and everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!

I appreciate being able to set an appointment, be seen on time in a professional setting, and have professionals tend to my foot an ankle needs.
Once you figure out how to put a needle in someone’s heel and not have it hurt, I will consider you miracle workers

Dr. Franson took care of my callus and did not rush the appointment. He made sure everything was taken care of before I left. The staff was very friendly and I’ve already recommended Dr. Franson to my friends.

Dr Franson was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. He listened carefully to what I had to say. He was the one dr who suggested that I get a nerve conduction survey done, which led to a series of tests that clarified my condition. I would highly recommend his expertise.

I broke the 5th Metatarsal in my right foot on 10-29-2022....... Dr. Franson took a very conservative approach to my treatment. No surgery, no screw in my foot.........I am glad that he was my Dr., instead of someone who right away would have suggested surgery or a screw in my foot................he listens, and is not pushy..........Great Doc.

Justin Franson, DPM is a pro’s pro ! His confidence and proficiency is evident and as a result the patient is relaxed and comfortable. He is obviously very skilled in his craft and always exhibits a excellent attitude and demeanor. His support staff is kind and helpful and is reflective of Dr Franson’s approach to his profession !

My experience with Dr. Franson was very good. At a time when I was feeling upset and scared about my broken foot, Dr. Franson and staff were very compassionate and reassuring. I felt satisfied with the care I received and grateful that doctor always took time to listen and answer my many questions. I also really appreciated his conservative approach to giving my body what it needed to heal naturally. Jennifer at the front desk was always a ray of sunshine and so competent. I couldn't recommend Dr. Franson and staff more highly. Thank you to everyone there who helped me through such a difficult time!

Dr Franson is amazing…. He’s done 3 surgical procedures on me, helped me with bilateral plantar fasciitis, a broken foot and a broken toe… I wouldn’t go to anyone else… His staff is friendly and gets all my paperwork done quickly…

It's been such a blessing to have Dr Franson and his staff caring for me. Dr franson is very professional and compassionate Dr. I wish there was more like him in this profession. May God bless him his family and staff.
