I thought Dr. Franson and his staff were great. However, I felt I should’ve received a little more a explanation about my condition and how to help it. It would also be nice to receive a printed summary of my visit.

Dr. Franson is an excellent doctor and skilled surgeon. The staff is pleasant and helpful. My visits to Dr. Franson's office are always pleasant, my concerns are addressed and resolved, my appointments always commence on schedule and I depart the office in a timely manner to return to work. I greatly appreciate Dr. Franson for providing me with outstanding foot services, prompt professionalism and a kind demeanor.

Your requirement for a credit card makes me angry. With insurance fiascos I prefer to be billed once the insurance is straightened out. Also medical offices are notoriously bad in keeping the privacy of their billing secure. Too many times I hear about old record from a doctor being found in a dumpster.

Wonderful staff and a great doctor..can’t thank all of them enough for making a tough thing much easier..they went out of there way to make sure I was ok in office and at home after surgery.thank you all..

The doctor was awesome. My foot issue was diagnosed very quickly, and I was told what I needed to do. The visit was very quick, and so far I am happy with my results. I was supposed to get some plantars stretching paperwork before I left, but I didn't get that. But overall, I would recommend this place if you have any foot issues.

I do not like the call center. If I had known about the call center I would have chosen a different doctor. That would have been unfortunate because we like Dr Frances. Please have calls go through the direct office. It’s really frustrating to have to go through the call center.

I have always had a positive experience with Dr Franson and all his staff including my last visit. The appointment system currently in place is absolutely terrible!!! Just let me call the office and make my appointment directly instead of multiple calls to a call center being treated like a brand new patient EVERY TIME I call!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Justin Franson. I have been his patient since 2012. Most doctors that I have seen have had me in and out of their office quickly without really listening to my questions and concerns. Dr. Franson takes the time to listen and offer me solutions for my ongoing treatment. I feel he genuinely cares. He’s very friendly and approachable, which I feel is important in choosing a Dr. Also I’d like to add that his office staff is so kind and helpful. Michelle, Jennifer, Sabrina, Maria and Giselle have become like family to me. Thank you ALL for everything! I wish I could give you all 12’s instead of 10’s on this survey!!

I was glad to have found the University Foot & Ankle Institute as I was having trouble with a bone spur that needed attention. Dr. Franson located at the Valencia Office met with me and was very thorough. I also like to mention the online portal which allows messaging to the Doctor. Dr. Franson responded right away anytime I had a question via the portal. Great staff too.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Franson's diagnosis willingness to perform the necessary procedure without scheduling a future appointment. It's disappointing that more doctors do not practice medicine like Dr. Franson.
