Decided not to followup with surgery because location of surgery center and office was too far away from my residence. Doctor didn't prescribe any treatment that was different from local doctors in Thousand Oaks.

I really love dr.bob he was great. I was not able to fill my prescription that dr. Bob gave me. I had so many problems and was unable to get the medication I needed. this was tricky because it was over the Christmas Holiday. I was in pain with my foot and really could have used the prescription. I called at least 8 or 10 times and kept getting put off by the person who was taking them information for the pharmacy.

I had my surgery 7 months ago. Still some swelling and tightness even though I have fairly good range of motion.
I think I should see Dr Baravarian for a follow up appointment.

extremely happy with the whole process - very clean surgery, efficient follow-up appointments, foot looks good technically, staff helpful. would absolutely recommend dr. baravarian - have let my PCP know of my experience so she will continue to refer patients to UFAI. physical therapy group across the hall is also fantastic to work with...expected I would hate PT, but am getting a lot more out of it than I thought i would.

Dr. Baravarian and Dr. Saeedi are the most caring and thoughtful doctors and they email back so quickly! I sincerely appreciate the way they have treated me from pre-surgery to post op! The whole team has been amazing to work with.

I’ve been hesitant to say this but the morning of my foot surgery. The surgery center staff in BH were acting unprofessional and on their cell phones. Talking and going on the internet. It made me feel frightened prior to the doctor showing up. My bed was just across from their desks and they were young and immature.
I wanted to say something then for example be quiet! Or your making me nervous but I chose not to as I was worried about having the procedure in the first place.
When Doctor B arrived, everyone quieted down and acted more professional.
I’ve been to a lot of surgery centers throughout the years and this experience prior to the doctors arrival scared me and I felt as thought it was a low budget operation center once out of the waiting room.
This is just my experience I’m sorry to not mention it earlier.
It has prevented me from recommending the services of UFAI.

Found the staff, doctor and assistants very caring and competent.
Whatever the concern or difficulty, it was kindly attended to without question. I personally felt that I was in very competent and well-trained hands. Not only would I recommend your facility, I intend to have my other foot cared for by your institute.

I have been a patient of Dr Baravarian for years. He had always taken exceptional care of both me and my wife. The staff is helpful and friendly. I recently received physical therapy at UFAI. The PT people are terrific. I cannot say enough.
