I presented dr B with mri results of my back before any procedures were performed. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back that is causing most of my feet pain. I was given a shot in my lower back last week and most of my feet pains have been eliminated.

From start to finish I was impressed with the quality of my care! I had previously gone to urgent care when I hurt my ankle. They gave me crutches and sent me, "walking". When my ankle was not better a week later i did some online research and found UFAI. Was I ever glad I did! Dr. B. figured it out from looking at the urgent care xrays, things they totally missed. I was fitted for a boot and my ankle felt tremendously better immediately!

The doctor was great but he left rather quickly. I had a few more questions but he had left for the day. Maybe if you had checked in and said he was leaving that would have helped ?

I schedule my appointments as early as possible, so I can drive back across town and make it into work on time. Before my appt., the receptionist informed me that I needed to fill out several pages of my medical history, medications, etc. I believe I have been seeing Dr. Baravarian for at least ten years and have provided that information previously, more than once. First of all, that information is on file and if anything needed to be updated, as UCLA does, I could have been given a copy of the previously completed forms and asked if anything had changed. Secondly, at 7:55 am, right before my appointment, and right before I have to race back across town to get to work, I do not have the time or patience to provide information that has already been provided--multiple times. Ideally, I could have been emailed with the previously completed forms and asked to update the information at my convenience. I did not appreciate the insistence or attitude of the receptionist & told her, that as I did not have the info available and did not see the need to provide it all again, I should probably just go. I filled out a bit of it and she suggested I take it w/me during the appt. Still angry...

Did not say on the phone that payment was due in advance. If that is the policy, you should bill insurance quickly so that the patient can be paid back soon. To this point, I don't think it has been billed.

I rip my Achilles’ tendon from a large bone spur! It took a long time to heal after surgery. I had great care from Dr. Baravarian and his staff. There was not much left of my Achilles when I had the surgery. So the doctor also suggested to get the PPR shots during my recovery!!
