Hubby & I really liked both doctor & assistant. We received direct, accurate, & compassionate answers to our questions. I especially liked the referrals.
With that said, I do not know how the doctors or facility treat the diabetic foot or fungus, etc. I was not sure if the doctor or assistant examined my foot thoroughly for wounds, dryness, etc because I was more concerned about my husband at the time. They probably did, but I was tired. If the doctor/assistant could look at the patient directly and say, "I am going to exam your foot for wounds, etc. that would be great. Would Like your practice to treat neuropathy rather than chiropractors who are delving into areas they shouldn't. Also, you could have available an orthodic for $75.00 if the ins. co. does not pay for orthodics. My podiatrist does have that and it works well. Better than Dr. Scholls. At least it is something. Don't know where he got the orthodics. We will return for annual foot care. Only disappointment for me was that my hubby did not get orthodics because our insurance changed their policy. Hello, Dr. B, With all due respect, I think there is a flaw in the design of my custom brace. My ankle bone hurts way too much while/after getting my high arched foot into my brace/shoe due to the stiff plastic contour of the brace fitting like a second skin.and an ankle bone sticking out has to squeeze past said contour. For PRP patients couldn’t an adhesive pad be placed over the torn tendon area and the ankle bone ligament before the plaster of Paris is applied, so there’s a little breathing room for the sensitive areas not to be tortured getting into that brace & shoe? It’s not acceptable, considering I was expecting a comfortable custom brace to wear.
I need another sponge pad along the Peroneal edge of my foot inserted. OR perhaps my PRP therapy has simply failed?
I hate everything about Brace #2. I prefer Brace #1, which isn't correcting my gait. I’ve had enough of pain. Aidez-moi, Eileen Thomas

Staff person when first coming into the room, didn't sound like he knew why I was there. Just to pick up and fit new orthodic shoe inserts. That's why I gave staff and 8.

I've been a long term patient and my personal informatoon has not changed in all the years I've been coming to the practice. I wish there were a way to update medical records without having to rewrite it all. Other than that small thing, it's a great practice and I'd never go anywhere else.

I have been going here since March of 2017 I had great experience with my doctor and his assistants.
The last appointment on the 21st of March doctor Bob recommended more therapy and until now I haven’t heard anything.
On Friday I called to check the operator told me someone will call me and let me know what is going on about my therapy.
I waited until 3.30pm then I called again the operator told me Maria left. Without calling me so I have no answers I was asked to call on Monday.
So disappointed.
I hope I hear soon about my therapy.
