The staff at Dr Kelman’s practice operate as a well oiled machine. They are incredibly efficient, maintain very low wait times (5 mins), are excellent with billing and scheduling. Dr. Kelman is the best - he is very experienced, offers excellent solutions, seems to always know the best interventions. He is also an absolute pleasure to deal with!

From the first phone call for an appointment to the final appointment, our teen son was respected and well taken care of. The doctor took great care of his issue, was thorough and followed through with him until he was fully healed.

The office is located in Suite 140 on the first floor providing easy access from the parking lot. That's a REAL plus for me using a walker and experiencing pain with every step.

The check-in staff were warm and welcoming. They already had my insurance information, but I had to complete an extensive health and medical background survey.

I no sooner finished the survey and my name was called to come into the examination room. The technician had me sit on a beautiful high back, leather chair that was on a pedestal, which she then elevated even higher in order for my feet to be at her eye level. She covered my toes with a cotton gauze strip dipped in alcohol to prepare them for Dr. Kelman.

The Dr came into the room shortly thereafter and recognized me from Los Robles Rehabilitation Hospital in Westlake Village where we met in September while I was recovering from a Stroke. Dr. Kelman is a very warm and personable guy and makes you feel very much at ease. He then proceeded to clip my toenails.

Afterward, the technician returned with a battery powered filer, filing and shaping each toenail while eliminating any rough edges. She then put on my shoes and off I went.

It was a very positive and professional experience that I would highly recommend to anyone with back problems like me who has difficulty bending over to reach their toes.

Go see Dr Kelman and you'll be very impressed.

PS - Another plus... They even validate your parking which saved me $3.

Although my husband and I are extremely satisfied with Dr. Kelman and his staff, our usual visit every second month will not be necessary this month. We would appreciate so much if you could reschedule both of us for the following month, (November).
