While I was initially offput by a couple of front office issues, I was immediately put at ease by the care I received from both the doctor’s assistant (I do not recall the gentleman’s name) and Dr Briskin himself.

I have been a patient of Dr Brinskin off and on for 3 years
I did not appreciate you billing clerk rude disposition
Your office need to bill my insurane just as they have been since i started with Dr Brinskin
I called my insurane BCBS and they suggest you call them if there any ptoblem with my billing
I will schedule surgery soon
Please let me not have any problem
I have not owed you anything in the pass
Can we keep it this way

Great staff, professional results. My wife & I both went together for orthotics. Unfortunately we can't tolerate the strong perfume odor in the waiting room so we stood outside in the fresh air while we waited to be called. My wife even got a bit of a temporary rash on her face the first time. To be clear, the clinical rooms have no such perfume smell, so all is well once you go inside for your appointment. (This is the airport location.)

The waiting area is very cramped. It’s very uncomfortable to sit there with a foot injury while people walk by and accidentally bang your feet. Is there any way to make the waiting area more spacious?

I appreciated Dr Briskin's attention to issues I presented and understood the reality that a correction to the orthotics might be improved without suggesting complete new orthotics that would be extremely expensive for Medicare patients.
