You need a phone in your El Segundo office. it's so inconvenient not being able to call if you're running late or if you need to change your appointment. I don't like going through the Santa Monica office. At least get a dedicated cell phone.

I just wanted to say that, since day one I have been treated very well! from the day I made my reservation with Fabiola and Nancy the impression and feeling I got was pleasant! The inside Doctor's staff have taking care of my needs. Doctor Briskins has taking care of me from day one and I felt the connection as a patient when he took care of my foot and they all kept me well informed about the process of my surgery and recovery and continue to follow up with my therapy. I have nothing but great reviews for the Doc's Team! I highly commend this office team for great customer and patient service. with that in mind, please don't forget to celebrate them. Thank again and keep up the great work.

I was a bit disappointed with the prep communication as I wasn't told that I needed to see my primary care physician for a surgical release until 3 days prior to my surgery. It seems that this should have been communicated to me about a month out. I looked through emails and found nothing in writing as a reminder. I will acknowledge that she might have told me verbally in April (4 months earlier), at which time I had just seen the doctor and had recent blood work.

I would appreciate you not posting this. I like Dr. Briskin and would recommend him with some reservations to friends. He seems to be good at his job; helped me avoid surgery for a torn Achilles tendon, and operated on an ingrown toenail which is still healing. He is not very communicative about what he intends to do to fix your problem or what you need to do afterward to prevent a re-occurrence, so you have to ask a lot of questions both before and after treatment. Again, he is a nice guy and personable and so far has helped with each of my foot problems.
