It was A wonderful atmosphere from when you walk in the door till you leave everyone was very kind the doctor was amazing he addressed all my concerns
It was refreshing to have a Doctor Who had time to address all your questions concerns and needs.

Doctor Hamef Jafary is fantastic doctor. He answered all of my questions.
Dr. Jafary explained that my daughter’s knee and hip pain was due to her right leg being shorter. To correct her problem she is getting orthotics.

Very friendly staff. Took time to answers my questions and at no time did I feel they were hurried to move on to the next patient. The physician answered my questions and gave thorough explanations. Thank you! I will not hesitate to recommend your practice.

Dr Jafary is the Man!
My Son has suffered with ingrown Toe nails since he was a little Boy, so bad he quit playing soccer, he is 18 now, his toe nail was so bad, he could barely walk, took him in, by the way I was an Hr late to my appt front desk was able to re-arrange things and got in! Dr Jafary was able to remove the big Oh Toe Nail ingrown from both sides of his big toe, in No Time! Quick, Painless and efficient! Next Day: my son is walking Painless! :)

My daughter had a great experience. Only thing I would say is that my friend referred me to Dr. Franson. When I made the appointment for my daughter’s ankle injury, I was under the impression it would be with Dr. Franson. Instead, when I got to the appointment, it was with Dr. Jafary. Nice man. I didn’t have a problem with him at all. But you might want to advise/train your offsite appointment setters to verify who the appointment is with. Like I said, Dr. Jafary was very kind and knowledgeable. But he was not the one I was referred to by a friend of mine. We both have daughters who suffered the same ankle injury so she told me what to expect. I prefer seeing a specialist who was referred to me rather than someone who I have no knowledge of. Other than that, our experience there was very pleasant.

I have been quite happy with the office and staff. I have been seen pretty much on time and never feel like I am being rushed during the doctor visit. I especially like that my doctor is trying to avoid surgery....always giving me new ideas for healing and encouraging me. I was also happy with the physical therapy sessions I had there.
