Dr Franson is great. He does a great job and really cares about his patients. He spends time to listen and answer questions and is so nice. The staff are really amazing too. They all have such good energy and took care of my disability paperwork for me. They are so thorough and helpful. I love how efficient the office runs. I never have to wait too long to be seen. I love that I am in and out and all of my needs are taken care so quickly. They are such an effective, well oiled machine in that office. I would definitely recommend this office and my doctor.

I saw doctor on a Monday and was told his staff would get back to me by end of week regarding surgery and insurance coverage. Didn’t hear from anyone so went into office that Friday around 4 pm. Was told surgery scheduler still had to process my information and I should hear from them by end of day the coming Monday. Waited until Wednesday and still hadn’t heard from anyone so went into office again around 4 pm. Was told surgery scheduled had to clarify some things with doctor and would hear from them on Friday. Still didn’t hear from anyone by 4 pm so went into office again and was able to speak with surgery scheduler. Know everyone is busy but i shouldn’t have to drive the process. Other than that, my experience has been very positive.

I have always been pleased with Dr Franson and the entire staff at the Valencia office. They are always attentive, professional and very helpful.

Ive never had to wait for an appointment with Dr Franson, he has always been on time for appointments and for surgeries which is so rare these days.

Ive never received any surprise billing after an office visit, surgery, or physical therapy. They always know up front what my insurance is going to pay and what I will be responsible for.

Its exactly what you would want from every doctor and their staff.

The first time I called, I was told your office did not accept UHC-the PPO plan I have. I called UHC who told me that I was covered and called back your office to inform them. I lost about a week with appt scheduling.

Dr Franson was very thorough after seeing the xrays he was prescribing the use of a boot for 4 weeks but when I let him know how inconvenient it would be .. he said based on the timing of the initial injury and coming to see him that I might have success by just wearing the lace up ankle brace. I really appreciate him listening to my concerns both before diagnosis and post!!
