Dr Franson was nice and explained the bunions,surgey,ect but the reason i came in was my ankle.
I had unknown etiology of ankle pain so bad I purchased a ortho boot.
i was just seen again a few days ago in urgent care as my ankle is worse. That dr. that saw me, who is not an orthopedist,examined my area of pain .He gave me an explanation of where my pain is coming from and showed me a calcaneofibular ligament picture and thinks I have a tear.I Wish the orthopedist would have given me an educated guess like the urgent care dr did of what i have . I like Dr. Franson. You asked for my feedback so I think addressing the chief complaint such as my ankle pain of unknown etiology, from a specialist, is a reasonable expectation.
he took the time to do x-rays and show me my bunions,and explain about surgery, which I
appreciate. I wanted to know how long I would be non weight bearing. However, I was disappointed an orthopedist did not give me an educated guess on the cause of my ankle pain and offer pictures of the painful area in question.
Now, having seen a general
practitioner MD Who did those things, I realize I should just give you feedback since you keep asking.

It has always been a pleasure having Dr Franson as my doctor. Since first becoming Dr Franson patient, he has always been personable, friendly, professional who cares about his patients. I appreciate his dedication to his profession and explains procedures or recommendations to my ailments. I have referred Dr Franson to two of my friends and during conversation, have agreed, Dr Franson is an awesome doctor. Thanks

Everybody was great! Dr. Franson thoroughly explained my xrays to me and he was nice and friendly and that sooo mattters! Also the staff was amazing!! Everyone was nice and explained things really well!! I am so recommending this office to everyone. Thank you so much!!!!

The inability to contact your office 'Direct" and go through a control station was not assisting to a new patient . One example---Directions!!!!!!!!!!
Told to turn left on McBean----My GPS (New Lexus) designated my Destination arrived at Kohl Shopping center???????????? Traveled in circles for 50 Minutes!! Never told that it was "It the Back" of the very "CORNER" I turned on to McBean The END.

I so appreciate the responsiveness of the doctor and staff. They were able to assist me even though I was out of town. They quickly scheduled my appointment when I returned. Will definitely refer them in the future.

Absolutely wonderful, the staff, facility were very nice and helpful. Dr. Fransen is the best. Went in to see him with terrible pain. And now have been able to continue my life style with no pain. Would definitely recommend this doctor and facility to everyone
