At carter is the best physician I have ever deal with. It actually brought me to tears in his office when he told me he was leaving. A bright and great guy, I can’t say enough good about him, and that’s a lot since I have been in healthcare executive leadership for 19 years and a nurse for 20.

I had a balance which I was not aware of. It was small, less than $20, but I only see my podiatrist 1x/year. When I asked why a bill was not sent, the response was they do not bill. I would encourage you to send bills for any outstanding portions.

Dr. Carter and his staff were exceptional. Always on time, very helpful and friendly. Surgery went perfectly and I would definitely recommend Dr. Carter. I required a disc of my xrays by September 6 for another doctor appointment, and discovered their office had experienced a computer failure, and those files were no longer accessible. Erica Aldrete was very professional and assured me she would do all she could to get them for me. She called me two days later and said she had retrieved my xrays from backup tapes located at the Santa Monica office and then mailed them to me in plenty of time for my appointment. She was so helpful and I very much appreciated her diligence.
