I will be returning to your office to show you my current orthotic for your approval. I have also recommended my co-worker Carla Amador to your office. She should be making an appointment to see you soon.

I absolutely love Dr. Schwartz. He is straight to the point and has helped resolve my minor issues.
One thing I do not like is I received a bill and before I could even pay or a question about it my account was deducted the amount that was due. So I found that very concerning .
Other than that I recommend him to everybody

My visit with the doctor was very satisfactory; however, I had to contact the office to clarify a billing/insurance network issue. So far I have contacted the office 3 times, and no one has had the courtesy to respond. Therefore, naturally, I will select a different podiatrist for any future needs. This is ridiculous. My inquiry should have been very simple to answer, but apparently the staff is not customer oriented as the doctor is. So what started out as a very satisfactory experience has turned into a most unsatisfactory one.

We thought our current situation was well addressed as the clinic was able to effectively repair the nearly new orthotic that had come apart. What would be helpful is since we are patients who come in very rarely, that some communication about when it will be necessary to come back is better outlined. We initiated this appointment to get the orthotic since it had been some years since we last went before this year, and thought it necessary to have Eric's progress be looked at. Currently, we do not have any information about when or if it is necessary to do this again next year or check in the year after, etc. We thank you for the service provided otherwise by your clinic, and maybe an e-mail or automated reminder would help. Thank you!
