The staff and Dr Johnson were friendly prompt and professional. Very much appreciated Dr Johnson and his slow approach to addressing my foot pain. I don’t want to jump to therapy and his suggestions to try different options before we go to surgery is much appreciated. Nice calm atmosphere in the office too.

I appreciated the way both Dr. Johnson and the woman at the desk took care of me.
I really liked that Dr. Johnson took x-rays of both my feet, even though my problem was only one foot, and showed them to me adding explanations. I liked that Dr. Johnson recommended two brands of shoes I might wear to help my condition. The shoes allowed me to walk. I liked that he had visited the PT facility he recommended. Dr. Johnson saved me from so much pain no matter what shoes I wore. Starting with removing the painful callouses then onto new orthotics.
He patiently helped me choose shoes that were appropriate for my feet (which also affects by back)!! I have full confidence in Dr. Johnson!!

It was a very good experience. Everyone -- from Dr Sircar to the staff -- was friendly and helpful. Although it was my first visit, yet I felt as if I was a regular visitor. Especially, Dr Sircar had an amiable disposition, due to that -- despite my first ever meeting with him -- it was like I was talking to one of my family member. And on the diagnostic side, the doctor checked me and explained everything in a very easy and in the layman's language. In a nutshell, it was a very satisfying experience!

I very much appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism of UFAI Santa Barbara, including both doctor and staff. I was not rushed or pressured into any decision, but given many options and the pros and cons of both. The assistant was able to contact my insurance company and determine coverage before any decisions were made, which was really helpful!

More of a recommendation than a critique: apparently, the vast majority of doctors in Santa Barbara are connected to the Pueblo Radiology Medical Group (https://www.puebloradiology.com/), which facilitates transfer of x-rays and other medical imaging between health care centers and professionals in Santa Barbara. The x-ray center at UCSB Student Health was extremely surprised that UFAI was not connected to this system, and while I was able to get a CD of my x-ray and bring it in to Dr. Sirkar, UFAI should consider looking into this for your SB location.
