Dr. Franson is a perfectionist. When I had my foot surgery years ago, I was very pleased. The healing process was rough but the therapy and final results were excellent! Now when I go in to to get rid of bad corns or calluses, they make my feet like babies skin after I’m done. I have referred other people too and they fell the same way!

We are grateful for excellent care and that Dr. Franson is helping Calista through her process. Because we are so happy there. wishing we could get a bit better cash rate on the physical therapy she needs. We know rates are competitive with other places though...:(

Dr. Franson explained my condition so i could understand, and offered options that I could do to make my feet more comfortable. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, so I was able to complete my visit in a short amount of time. The staff was very solicitous and assisted with whatever I needed help with.

Couldn't have been happier. After 5 years of going to so called doctors who seemed incapable of helping me I was referred by a doctor who was recently relocated from out of state who had heard good things about Dr. Franson. Odd that it was the doc from out of state who helped me to get the right doctor. Dr. Franson and his staff were always friendly, courteous and made me feel at ease. Thank you all! Your staff is amazing! They are so friendly and professional. It feels like I received more information in 1 visit than I have in 7 or 8 with my previous Dr. That’s not saying anything bad about them because I truly like the Dr. and staff, I just never never felt like I was heard. Dr. Franson finally said what I have been feeling this whole time and it’s the first time in 8 months that I don’t feel like I’m crazy. Even without a diagnosis, to hear him say what I have been feeling was a tremendous relief. Every step in this process from scheduling to seeing Dr. Franson was a top notch experience. Kudos to them all for doing an excellent job. A smile and warm welcome at the front desk sets up the Dr. to have a productive appointment with his patients.

I love Dr Franson and his team. I have had numerous issues that he has repaired through the years. I feel however that perhaps he has gotten too busy , or maybe because of the change in the PT department , or maybe because body parts are such a specialty these days , that perhaps he could have been a bit more searching in his diagnosis of my leg pain. He sent me to a knee doctor after I had pain in my leg from wearing the boot . Neither he or the knee doctor considered the pain was coming from my hip. Guess they both missed that the whole leg is connected. It was my physical therapist that figured it out . Not at his office. I ended up suffering in pain for way too long and chasing doctors and tests until finally diagnosed. That being said , I still love and trust dr Franson with all foot and ankle issues, but who do I see for the whole leg if I have multiple issues??

I have been coming here for years and bring my 13 year old son here as well. We have always had a good experience here. They are almost always on time with appointments, which I appreciate with a busy schedule. They are always very professional and very good at explaining what’s going on and what needs to be done to treat it.
