Love your staff - especially at desk. So kind.

I am very grateful to Dr Bob and his staff- I know he starts out conservatively and for that I am so deeply appreciative. I have seen 3-4 other podiatrist and no one recommended custom orthotics- something that has helped out...and they also just want to turn to cortisone even as sustained treatment protocol. I happily do the drive for his experience, knowledge, but also great " bedside manner"- seeing the human that is seeking his care!

I needed to be seen on a very quick basis, so called the office. Office staff got back to me right away and set me up quickly with s podiatrist who treated me right away on the first visit. Every time I had a follow-up question or needed a visit, the response came quickly. I now use UFAi for all my podiatry needs.

Dr. Naei is the only doctor to take the time to care for the medical issues, including the PCP. She has shown compassion and empathy in the treatments she's prescribed. She has gone above and beyond all other doctors we've seen which has tremendously helped in resolving the issues and roadblocks presented by the bureaucracy of Providence medical board.

Great care here. No nonsense, professional staff who are kind compassionate and completely on top of their skills. Dr Bavarian is top notch and has seen to all of my family’s foot care needs.
Update: as I grew older, sadly unavoidable, I am now under an obligatory Medicare plan and found that I was misled by the office about coverages of durable medical goods which has caused a needless delay in my orthopedic inserts. That was disappointing. I took away a star from my previous rating.

I really like Dr. Brisken and his associates, very friendly and knowledgeable, informative. The office staff is also helpful and friendly. So glad they are close by. Really glad I found Dr. Brisken…..

Dr. Briskin and his staff are excellent. Dr. Briskin is very skilled, listens well, diagnoses quickly, explains very well to the lay person and I like that he has a variety of tools at his disposal. He has provided excellent advice to me. However, billing is another issue. For three days in a row, I have called the office number to ask to speak to someone about billing and I have never reached a live person and have not received a call back.
