My recent appt on Thurs., Sept. 19 was a miscommunication somehow. I was down for a recheck and I thought I was having my new orthotics fitted. I am not sure how that happened but I will need to come back again. The whole staff is great and I know that mistakes happen. I am happy to recommend Dr. Frandson and the office.

Only thing I could criticize is one of the front desk ladies (middle aged, dark hair), was a little “salty.”
Other than that, the techs were very nice and the experience was very good. I brought in Bundt cakes to show my appreciation and as an owner of Sierra Canyon Physical Therapy, I will definitely refer patients to you guys.

Dr Franson located in Valencia is very professional. He takes the time to listen to the patients and confirms his diagnosis and offers the best treatment that’s the least invasive. I highly recommend the Univ Foot & Ankle Institute.

I Had an amazing experience. The staff are very kind. The doctor was amazing. Barely had to wait, was in out barely anytime The doctor listened to all my concerns, even had some remedies to some of the concerns.

Dr. Franson and his staff as well as the staff at Provident did an AMAZING job prior, during and after my surgery. I have had surgeries in the last 2-1/2 years at UCLA. (Valencia) and a hospital in Beverly Hills, (name escapes me currently, my apologies) and HANDS DOWN, Provident Surgical Center and Dr. Franson and staff are far superior in EVERY facet.

I really loved the experience. My previous podiatry experience (elsewhere) was definitely inferior to this in that I felt ill prepared for my procedure, did not recover as easily or well due to the ill preparedness pre-op, and wouldn’t want to go back due to the previously mentioned reasons.
