I am a longterm patient there. My experience was fine except the doctor who saw me, cut my baby toe (right) and it was quite paiinful and took several days to heal. I doubt she did it on purpose (!)

My experience went reletively well. However, I didn't have any discussion about my ongoing condition. I thought it was because of decisions made by the company management. It appears the doctor is limited,as to the amount of time they are allowed to spend with each patient, ie. an assembly line, versus each patient getting adequate attention.
In the past, the cotton placed on the treatment areas was always warm.
During my last two visits the cotton was not warm and it was not on my feet long enough to allow the skin to soften, prior to the doctor entering
to complete the treatment.

Did test on toenails at visit. Told that you would get in a few weeks with the results of the test. That was February 14, 2023 have not heard back from you as of March 21, 2023. your follow up is not very good.

I was disappointed that the X-ray machine went down that day, and the whole reason I drove from West Hills to Westlake Village to see the Dr was to get it xrayed.
If the machine went down, I should have been called and told that before I drove all the way out and back, with my recovering foot. I should have had the option to reschedule as the whole point (in my mind) was to get it prayed to see if it is still broken. When X-ray machines. go down - call patients and give them the option.
