Dr Nalbandian really listened and explained everything without rushing through allowing time for all of my questions. Her recommendations were more meaningful because she shared her own experiences pertinent to my situation. She was wonderful! Very pleased with all the staff. Adrian was very patient and kind during the intake and xrays.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was all very professional and I intend on coming back for another procedure later this year. If I could give a rating above 10, I would. I recommend them.

Dr. was exceptional. She was communicative, professional and included her opinions, which I really appreciated. The front desk individuals were clearly disgruntled, discussing other staff in an inappropriate way. They felt irritable and as if I was inconveniencing them. I would recommend this practice based on the Dr., but only because of this doctor.

Dr. Nalbandian is incredibly knowledgeable, one of the top in her field but she is also one of the most patient and conscientious physicians I've ever met. She thoroughly explained the complex procedure and never rushed through any aspect of the visit. During post-op visits as well, she always makes sure that I'm never left with unanswered questions or concerns and always explains what I should expect and how recovery will unfold.

Mercy, in the front office, was instrumental in helping me to get through the approval process for surgery. She helped me get in to see a cardiac specialist after I was turned away by their scheduling department. Without Mercy I never would made it to my scheduled surgery date.

UFAI is a top notch operation and the people who work there are some of the best in the medical profession.
