Dr Bob is simply amazing. No one else has been able to solve my Achilles tendinitis which was so very painful for a year. He is patient, and very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner! My pain is virtually gone!!

I was disappointed that the X-ray machine went down that day, and the whole reason I drove from West Hills to Westlake Village to see the Dr was to get it xrayed.
If the machine went down, I should have been called and told that before I drove all the way out and back, with my recovering foot. I should have had the option to reschedule as the whole point (in my mind) was to get it prayed to see if it is still broken. When X-ray machines. go down - call patients and give them the option.

I turned my DI portion in the SM office ( I live on the other side of the hill)
Last month, and was concerned that I’ve not received any disability checks from EDD. When I called the office to ask about the disability account number I was told that they didn’t have it so it’s been a month now with no disability money, and I have to take care of that the 15th of this month when I come back in for a check up. I’m not sure what happened,But it makes it tough to dip into my savings.

From my 1st appointment the whole staff made me feel welcome. Being new to the area. I am very please with the results of my 1st surgery. Dr Jafary answered all my questions and concerns.
