I have been coming here for years and usually see Dr. Gary Briskin. He wasn't available, so I saw Dr. Hoda Naei for an ankle issue. She is INCREDIBLE! So friendly, caring, explains everything in detail and provides exceptional patient care. Her medical assistant Erica was wonderful as well!

I recently had foot surgery by Dr Jafary. Not only is he knowledgeable but also he’s such a great guy! Also, the staff at the Valencia office were super helpful and so pleasant to deal with. I can’t recommend University Foot and Ankle enough!

Dr. Gina Nalbadian was amazing!! I came in with an emergency foot situation and she had wonderful bedside manner and resolved my injury with expertise and care. So grateful to her. Would highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Nalbadian!

I was frustrated that after 3 weeks I still hadn’t heard back about my PT referral status. And I did sit in a room for over 30 minutes before being seen without any indication it might take that long when I went for my 2nd appointment. That said, the staff and doctors are great.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Kelman and his staff. He outfitted me with excellent orthotics (which he’ll re-do at no cost if you’re not completely satisfied) and he also recommended a better type of shoe for me to wear. He’s highly skilled, experienced and a super friendly guy. I’d recommend him to anyone wanting an exceptional podiatrist.

Signing up for your portal was over the top challenging for me as an Elder- non techie. Your staff at the front desk said they would be glad to help next time I come in or stop by. So, for now, I have no way to communicate, except by phone.

Unfortunately due to Covid, I didn’t come in to get new orthotics earlier. So when I did returned, I was considered a new patient. My replacement orthotics weren’t covered. I had no idea they are almost $500. I was too embarrassed to say something. I’m super happy that my feet issues was healed but I wish the staff would have warned me about the cost of the orthotics before I came in. I wouldn’t have gotten them. The orthotics are to prevent any future problems. I have no issue currently. I won’t be returning unless I have another foot related problem.

I liked Dr. Johnson but the more I think about it, he seemed to be talking down to me ( which sounds funny since I am 4" 10" and he is a giant). I have also had more toe pain than ever had before. Left toe where it started bleeding he did not use any medication and it STILL looks black from dried blood. When I use peroxide on the toe it still bubbles. When I asked about getting shoes from Medicare he asked if I am diabetic which tells me that he did not look at all the medical information I gave to the office. I am 86 years old, have heart desease, diabetic, Barrets desease, arthritis, etc. I'm also concerned about my doctor not being available any day but Friday. I wanted to ask him about that black spot but knew he wasn't available. I might try one of the other doctors but they also are only there one or 2 days a week. Hmmmm!

i'm so happy that I found this office and I definitely like the entire staff. I'm happy that I had met Dr. Bavarian. one thing I really like is that if you have a question they get back to you quickly

Jessica has been helpful in getting what documents I needed to get my LOA started at work. I’ve already given Dr. Johnson’s contact info to a colleague. I deeply appreciated there quick help and flexibility in getting my surgery scheduled so it won’t interfere with our upcoming trip.
