Not sure why but i had to wait almost an hour to be seen. I was on time. There were a dozen people in the waiting room, even some lined out the door. This was the first time this happened. The staff apologized so i figure something was going on. Otherwise, Dr. Bob and staff was wonderful. Maryrose Hopke

I deeply appreciated that Jessica & Maggie made sure all my needs were met. Dr. Johnson has called me a couple times to follow up and make sure I’m doing well. Any and all concerns have been quickly addressed. Thank you all for excellent customer care!

Dr. Justin Franson absolutely rocks! Phenomenal doctor with tons of experience. He's always professional, amicable, patient and takes the time to answer all questions. He cured my chronic Plantar Fasciitis without surgery using shock wave therapy and now I have my life back! Even though I'm moving out of state, I'll continue to come back to be treated by Dr. Franson at the University Foot & Ankle Institute.

I absolutely am in awwww over the ENTIRE STAFF and Dr.Kelman! It so wonderful to find an office that cares so much about patients, what a blessing I have to be able to go see them for my ailments, especially my poor feet.

My ONLY complaint was that I had to fill out all my data 3 weeks after I had my first appointment and had submitted the same data. The email link I received before the recent appointment directed me to a link (which didn't open) that I presume was to fill it all out again at home. I realize your office had changed your software but to need to fill out EVERYTHING was annoying.
Otherwise I had a very pleasant experience - and I feel for your staff who had to endure this change over.

It's been great overall. Dr Jafari really cares and is super knowledgeable. I am getting better and better and I'm so happy. The office staff is friendly and competent. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Jafari specifically to anyone needing help in this area.
