Jessica is amazing.
The new gal (name?) who assists Dr. Johnson with patient care leaves a little to be desired. I can't quite put it into words. It's a "feeling". In all honesty, this is Toni's daughter, Christine (daughter and POA) completing this form. Also, it's been quite some time since the appointments. The fact that it's a memory that's stayed with me, I believe, is significant. Therefore, take this with a grain of salt. Dr. Johnson is phenomenal. His patient knowledge and patient care are tremendous. Perhaps, he could guide/mentor his medical support staff to adapt his techniques.

I deeply appreciated that Jessica & Maggie made sure all my needs were met. Dr. Johnson has called me a couple times to follow up and make sure I’m doing well. Any and all concerns have been quickly addressed. Thank you all for excellent customer care!

I very much appreciated Dr Johnson paying attention to the wound on my leg and very quickly got me into the Wound Clinic. The wound was benign and is finally starting to heal after weekly visits to the clinic.

Would prefer being able to directly make appointments and get reminders through my local office rather than the outside service. A recent reminder had me starting all over as a new patient when I was established almost a year ago.

I liked Dr. Johnson but the more I think about it, he seemed to be talking down to me ( which sounds funny since I am 4" 10" and he is a giant). I have also had more toe pain than ever had before. Left toe where it started bleeding he did not use any medication and it STILL looks black from dried blood. When I use peroxide on the toe it still bubbles. When I asked about getting shoes from Medicare he asked if I am diabetic which tells me that he did not look at all the medical information I gave to the office. I am 86 years old, have heart desease, diabetic, Barrets desease, arthritis, etc. I'm also concerned about my doctor not being available any day but Friday. I wanted to ask him about that black spot but knew he wasn't available. I might try one of the other doctors but they also are only there one or 2 days a week. Hmmmm!

Jessica has been helpful in getting what documents I needed to get my LOA started at work. I’ve already given Dr. Johnson’s contact info to a colleague. I deeply appreciated there quick help and flexibility in getting my surgery scheduled so it won’t interfere with our upcoming trip.
