Did test on toenails at visit. Told that you would get in a few weeks with the results of the test. That was February 14, 2023 have not heard back from you as of March 21, 2023. your follow up is not very good.

I was disappointed that the X-ray machine went down that day, and the whole reason I drove from West Hills to Westlake Village to see the Dr was to get it xrayed.

If the machine went down, I should have been called and told that before I drove all the way out and back, with my recovering foot. I should have had the option to reschedule as the whole point (in my mind) was to get it prayed to see if it is still broken. When X-ray machines. go down - call patients and give them the option.

I like Dr Kelman and the clear way he communicates. His office staff are friendly. I thought it was a little weird that they didn’t call my name at my last appointment and thought I didn’t show up when I was sitting in the waiting room and had signed in. Otherwise my experience has been good.

Everyone was very polite, kind & helpful. Dr. Nalbandian did a great job. The surgery fixed my issue. As a result, I have no more pain & I will have little or no scar. I would definitely refer any family or friends that have foot issues to see Dr. Nalbandian.

Always very personable and friendly front desk and nurses. Dr Nalbandian really took the time to go over my MRI, treatment options, footwear suggestions, & gave great advice for physical therapy rehab.

Excellent visit, all of my questions were answered, time was taken to be sure I was comfortable with all of the answers, and a plan was developed to correct the problem. One suggestion - put new patient forms on your website or mail them in advance. Getting the paperwork done in advance would be much appreciated.
