The doctor Gina was informative profession personable and caring
She Diagnosed what the symptoms appeared to be and then prescribed Foot and leg compression stockings the idiots at the insurance company summarily denied
Thst they would presume to second guess a doctors recommendation
I filed a formal complaint the still continue to ignore and my heath has suffered for it
That my primary physician also wrote the same prescription
But he was denied too
Why have insurance at all
I also need shoes that would now accommodate the swelling which continues
es I am on meds Now for months that are helping little
And because I believe this is a covid related immune system compromise that there is no knowledge of nor a proven reliable test for as this selfish corrupt moron as an Impeached but still in power president whom is advancing the virus
I now call the trump virus which now will compromise my future health and even kill me
As it has killed hundreds of thousands of others
I am left without any means of effectively advancing my health back to what it was before this virus compromised it this year
Still there are good doctors.. Gina whom do all they can to help

I can't be more pleased and happy with The medical services that you provide. Especially Dr.Jafry. I find him to be an excellent surgeon, polite doctor which explains all Procedures what hes doing so you understand it perfectly.!!

I have used Dr. Jofary several times recently and have been very impressed with his knowledge and care for his patients. I would recommend him very highly to anyone that needs the services of a very good doctor.

I was very happy the doctor was fantastic. The office very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean office with nice decor. But most importantly the doctor gave me very good advice and I am feeling better already.

As always your staff is very polite and professional. They are always on time and I never have to wait longer than a minute or two.
Of course Dr Franson is always attentive and never appears to forget about which foot (or feet in my case) he has treated. He treats you as though he just saw you the day before which is exactly how every doctor should be. I would recommend Dr Franson without any hesitation.

We love Dr. Jofary. He is the most caring doctor we have ever had. He always takes the time to hear our problems and comes up with good solutions. We would recommend him very highly to anyone that wants a physician that will take good care of them. Out of 23 doctors that I have seen in my lifetime, he is the best.

When doctor is done you are on your own No info ever volunteered by desk staff & of you ask they seem miffed. I thought Dr. referred me to p.t. but desk staff seemed annoyed when i asked if they had the referral (nobody gave me paperwork)
When i came early to appt. i waited in empty waiting room then came to empty desk and ended up being late to appt. bc original desk person did not care to tell me it was in a different location.

I recently needed to send my surgery report and some other documents to another doctor at Cedars-Saini. While it appears the request was promptly processed, it was sent by US Postal service. Here we are a week later and the Cedars team does not yet have the documents. Some sort of electronic transmission of the records would have been cheaper nd MUSH faster.

Great, except that Cooper's toe was red (infected?) and the doctor didn't that it needed antibiotics. We just happen to have Cooper's annual exam a day or two later and the pediatrician noticed the red toe and prescribed an antibiotic. It's all good now.
