My husband and I have been with Dr. Franson for well over 10 years. We both always feel comfortable under his care. The staff are all very professional and kind , and always make us feel comfortable as well.

I am only about half way done but so far I’m very pleased. The staff Jennifer, Stacy and (I’m so sorry I forgot the girls name who takes me to my room) they are all very pleasant. Dr. Franson gets a 10 as well. He listens, answers questions and so far his work is thumbs up.

As much as a person can be prepared for a surgery like this, I feel I was well prepared by the staff. The recovery has been harder than I anticipated, but that is just the nature of having a big surgery on a foot.

Very kind staff. I went to another doctor and was told that the issue with my toenail was from trauma, which I knew was not the case. Foot and Ankle Institute took a sample from my nail bed and then knew what the issue was and how to solve it. Now my toenail is growing back perfectly. I highly recommend this practice.

I love this practice. My experience at UFAI Institute has always been good. I have been a patient for almost a decade and as a diabetic, I truly believe it is their proactive care that has saved my feet from some very unpleasant possibilities. Doctor Baravarian and Staff have always been polite and very attentive.

Dr Naei is a pro. It’s so hard to find a good podiatrist. Many just want to go straight to surgery. She listens. She assesses. She spends time with you. I had excruciating heel pain so much so I couldn’t even take a step without yowling. Two weeks later, I’m not fully healed but I am up and about again. All thanks to Dr Naei

My visit to the foot&ankle Institute, to be seen and evaluated by Dr.Franson was very productive, informative and was conducted in a very kind and thorough way, providing me with a hopeful prognoses.

I had a foot problem treated here at UFAI by Dr.Baravarian, and the recovery process has been going well. It was great to be treated with such professionalism and care. Dr. Baravarian is well-known in his field for being very knowledgeable, but I was impressed by his approachable manner and humor, as well as the professional care his staff provided to me. What can I say? Dr.Franson and the entire staff at University Foot and Ankle Institute are the BEST! My surgery went flawlessly, and with minimal pain. I was off pain meds 2 days after surgery and I continue to heal from my right foot bunion surgery. Im so impressed, Ive scheduled my left foot which has minimum bunions protruding. Dr.Franson is patient, explains everything clearly and concisely and has a very pleasant demeanor. Even at the surgical center, I found the anesthesiologist very nice and calming, and all the nurses were very kind and compassionate. I always get a little nervous right before any kind of procedure requiring anesthesia and I felt completely safe and confident with everything and everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!

Once I was in the office and met Dr Kelman it was a relief. He listens to you and takes the best care of you. The staff is very nice also.
The only hard thing is when you want to talk to his office and have a question you can’t talk to them. They don’t have a phone. The doctor is the nicest kindest very good at what his does. I have taken extra business cards and have spread them to my family and my friends! I give them a 10

My feet were very painful and the staff there were very attentive and helpful. The doctor is a specialist in her field and answered all of my questions and concerns. The doctor gave excellent recommendation on what I should be doing. Thank you again to the doctor and staff.
