It's unfortunate to break my Achilles tendon, but I am fortunately to have Dr. Baravarian who took my phone call in the evening, and subsequently, provided me with the professional treatment. After 2 days of moderate post-operation pain, I am on the way of recovery.

Additionally, I am fortunate to have the facility's surgery coordinator, Cheli Mendoza, who not only got everything arranged for my operation, but also explained in great length about the billing, including reaching out to the insurance company multiple times to clarify a confusing matter for me.

It's a good experience at University Foot and Ankle Institute.

Dr. Carter looked at me from every perspective he made sure that I wasn’t gonna be getting the procedure in pain and then was able to guide me to the team and take a chance that I could get rid of the pain without surgery as there wasn’t really a good thing that could come out of the surgery I needed. In the end I’m not able to run .

I do like Dr. Baravarian. He's a good communicator and genuinely cares about his patients. He even answers his email which is a definite plus. The staff at both the Santa Monica and Sherman Oaks locations are the best.

As usual, Dr Franson has helped to put my foot pain at rest. Received my new orthotics only 2 weeks ago, a week ahead of schedule, and my foot pain has already subsided. And that is with my continued running and hiking workouts.

Dr. Grandson and his staff are extremely professional and go out if thier way to accommodate Thier patience, answer any and all questions and make every appointment personal. They are a pleasure to work with.
