After my first visit I had a lot of problems with my toe which was trimmed , it took a lot of time to heal. I was on a trip and couldn't wear shoes very well. Since then I have had orthotic's made and they are working fine you even made a second pair to get them right. I am 81 yrs old and have several issues and need better explanations of ways to resolve them.

At the age of 73, I had been having pain and swelling in my right foot for 3 months. It was badly deformed from a bunion which pressed on a joint in the top of my foot. Dr. Franson's confidence and prognosis for recovery helped me believe I COULD HAVE A NORMAL LOOKING & FUNCTIONING FOOT even at my age. After 2 hours of surgery and 50 stitches, I have reached that perfection. Four months after surgery, I am able to use Elyptical FOR 20 MINUTES FOLLOWED BY 40 MINUTES OF walking on Treadmill (60 MINUTES STRAIGHT). I've been a patient of Dr. Franson's on and off for a few years now. He is always professional, thorough, friendly and a great doctor. The staff are all amazing too. I have had a few problems with the front desk/accounting staff when I've paid my co-pay with cash in the past but we have since resolved these issues after months of dealing with corporate accounting. I now only pay with debit card. At any rate, Dr. Franson and staff are top notch.

I have lived with extreme pain in my left ankle for 25 years due to a compound fracture of my left ankle which killed the cartlidge. My ankle was fused 22 years ago. I have seen several doctors including a world famous orthopedic clinic in Southern California about my pain. The recommendation received from them all was "pain management". This answer is not for me as I don't like taking drugs and is the only solution that 2 pain management doctors really offered. I received a treatment from Dr. Franson during my 1ST VISIT that eliminated 85% of the pain that I was experiencing! He has recommended a surgery to eliminate more and we are working on this now. Everyone's experience is different with doctors BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit to him if you are not getting the answers to better your life!

I am extremely happy with my experience so far. I have been living in extreme pain for over 20 years and have seen several doctors about it. None have given me results such as Dr. Franson!

I am looking forward to continuing treatment and improving my quality of life even further!

There is no question the Dr. Justin Franson is by far one of the most caring, professionals in his field✅He is not only through, but is not only concerned about your FEET...but how YOU are doing as a patient❤️ I have had several of his assistanct’s but until Lexi I never really felt like someone really knew what they were doing AND LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS ASKING when I was having my nails cuts...which as a type 11 diabetic it is very important to do it correctly. While Lexi is still in school...Which I NEVER WOULD HAVE GUESSED BY HER PROFSSIONAL MANNER. I would have thought she been doing this for at least 3 years!

I looked back at my patient portal and saw a lot of words/disagnosis I didn’t hear in the room. Would be nice to hear the doctor explain those things instead of reading about them later on the portal (and googling what they mean).

I couldn't ask for better experiences than I have had at UFAI medical office and surgery center.
