Dr. Franson and his staff are the best. Jennifer is so great, and was very nice with her care in removing the casts and the stitches. Dr. Franson always takes time to explain procedures and answer questions. I would not go anywhere else!

The doctor who saw me last time was not near as caring and pleasant as Dr. Volkmann who had treated me in the past. Dr. Franson was very short and barely spoke to me and ignored my complaints that he was hurting me. Additionally when he finished with me he gave me no followup directions etc.

I wish every doctor's office I went to was as efficient, professional and friendly as the staff at your office.
Also, I can't say enough wonderful compliments about Dr. Franson. He is the perfect doctor for me.
I don't live close to Valencia but coming to your office is always worth the trip.

I was an avid hiker until I got side tracked with Hallux rigidus. I spent a few years researching solutions, but it wasn’t until I met with Dr. Franson that I felt I had the confidence to move forward. My left MTPJ fusion went great and I just had my right done a few weeks ago! The staff are great! Very friendly and competent. I’m really looking forward to getting back on the trail!

Great experience with Dr. Franson. He's knowledgeable, personable, and going straight to the most expensive surgical option isn't his first choice for action. This was my first visit, and I'm sure I'll be back! Anecdotal note, his daughter is in school to be a DPM and is working in the practice. She made my cast for custom orthotics and shares her Dad's great people skills! I suspect there will soon be 2 "Dr. Fransons" in the office soon.

Dr. Franson's office is run very efficiently. I have never needed to wait more than 10-15 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr. Franson. The staff is friendly and Dr. Franson is easy to talk to and explains everything in clear details.

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I always feel very welcome whenever I go to the office. Everyone is always so helpful and always make sure I'm taken care of. In addition, Dr. Franson is great! He always explains everything to me and lets me know of the different options I have.

Friendly service every time I visit. Dr Fransen is thorough and on time with his appointments which is a blessing since other MD offices I have had to wait for 3 hour or more. It is a pleasure to patronize his office. I crushed my toes in a freaky home accident and I am being treated by Dr Fransen which is not my first office visit. It was good to know him and I felt comfortable because I had established a connection with his practice before the accident. He has been treating my mom 95 yrs old for 3 years now and we both see him regularly.

The care that I’ve received from Dr. Franson and his staffs, that includes the therapy department ... is one of the best I’ve gotten. They’ve helped me go back to walking normally again after my left bunionectomy. One caring and dedicated team ... and Doctor Franson .... he’s just amazingly great and wonderful.

I asked for a copy of my x-rays for each appointment (4). I have an authorization form on file. On my last visit I spoke with Gissella who informed me that I need to fill out a new form for a new request. That is not what I had been told by the main office and front desk. Gissella statement was that it may be the standard for the office but not for her. She has quite an attitude about all of this and in my opinion is inappropriate. Additionally I was told that the xrays could be sent via email. Once again Gissella said that it is not true.
