I appreciate how patient, kind, caring, and friendly and conscientious that Dr. Johnson is. And he always provides good information and good referrals, he's just great, I'd recommend hm to everyone that I know!!

Dr. Bob Baravarian was truly a lifesaver for me. I was in excruciating pain in my left foot. A random gentleman at the pool felt my pain and recommended Dr. Bob to me. I got in within a day to see him, and was told that I had acute arthritis in both of my feet and if I did not take care of it, I would become crippled within a few short years. A second Dr. backed up this diagnosis, and also highly recommended Dr. Bob for this particular surgery. 2 surgeries were successfully completed, each costing me 2 months in non-weight bearing casts.  Fast forward to over a year later, I feel like I got 10 years of my life back. I am strong, balanced, very active and happy. I want to give a shout out to his physical therapy staff as well. Gray O' Brian  was patient, tough but encouraging, and extremely knowledgeable. The Dr's assistants, technicians, and office staff were also always professional, friendly and wonderful to work with.  Thank you to you all.

I want to comment on the professional and excellent care I received from the staff of UFAI.  Dr. Bob Baravarian and Dr. Milad Aldoo reviewed my case, which was a non-union of my subtalar ankle fusion.  The only option I had from my surgeon was a "revisit surgery" which would have required performing the same surgery again and waiting out the 6 months to one year healing process.  My wife did some research to come up with potential options to surgery.  She discovered Dr. Bob and he developed a plan of Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) injections and soft wave tissue regeneration therapy in the non-union joint.   Well it worked!  After 3 PRP injections and 4 soft wave treatments my fusion has healed and I can resume my normal activities again.  It's been 22 month since my initial surgery so I am thrilled to have this outcome! Many thanks go out to Br. Bob and Dr. Adloo, as well their staff, for giving my mobility back again!

Each time I have an appointment it has been a good experience. Last visit I had an intern,but he was very nice and helpful and patient. I would have liked to speak with the doctor but I was taken care of. I guess only because this was my first time being cared for by this young man. All in all I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors and staff. Keep up GOOD work

I would love to rate the Dr after my
surgery. Hopefully the surgery goes very well and I can stop using
the boot ASAP. The successful surgery is what is the most important thing for obvious reasons.

Dr. Nalbandian and her team are the simply the best. I had other options, but I traveled more than 100 miles to get the surgery to repair my snapped Achilles Tendon from Dr. Nalbandian. On our 1st appointment she answered all the questions I had, and explained everything I needed to know about the surgery. She understood my concerns made me feel comfortable going into the surgery. After the surgery Dr. Nalbandian called to check up on me twice in a week. It's a great feeling to know that my doctor truly cares about her patients. Her team was also very respectful and kind. I would definitely recommend UFAI to anyone and everyone.

Everyone from the surgery planner to Dr. Bob has been spectacular with me, explaining the procedure needed to fix my foot, helping me in the surgical center, and the pre-op and post-op appointments.
Next, I’ll be back to have stitches removed. Then I’m looking forward to one more surgery necessary to complete the work on this foot.
I felt comfortable going through this surgery because I have confidence that Dr Bob and his staff are knowledgeable about these surgical procedures and sensitive to my needs.

This was only my second appointment.The first had one minor but, nonetheless, unpleasant hiccup.This follow-up, however, met my every expectation —both the doctor and all staff members were knowledgeable, efficient and engaging. I highly recommend.
