Best Crew of folks that I have ever experienced at a doctor!! The second you walk in, you feel comfortable. Such sweet and nice ladies at the front desk always smiling genuinely. Just a real really really kind and smart office staff. The doctors are incredibly sweet as well. Dr Fransen listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions. Just a great Practice all around. Thank you guys! be back in a few months for a re check!

I suppose there's always room for improvement, in any endeavor, but I can't think of a problem that needs addressing at this time. My case was pretty straight forward, and everyone from reception to the doctor made it feel that way. They got my son back on his feet as quickly and painlessly as possible and clearly explained and set expectations along the way. Thanks!

Been to many foot doctors with related issues. Dr. Feldman is my favorite. Simple explanations, to the point. I feel as though I am finally making progress. So glad I found you guys! Staff is great......

The girl at checkin wasn’t exactly rude, but she wasn’t very friendly. When I asked for clarification of something, she simply reread verbatim the part I was asking about. Didn’t smile at all.
I called to schedule a follow up appointment for a procedure and the young girl was nice, but clueless. I told her my name, I had just seen Dr. Baravarian the day before and I was calling to schedule an appt for PRP ( which Dr. B recommended). She asked me my name, if I had been there before, what doctor did I see, etc. She did not hear anything I had told her. I Also said that I think he has specific time slots for the PRP, but she scheduled me for a regular time slot. I told her 2 more times that I was told there are specific time slots for the PRP. She finally put me on hold to ask someone then rescheduled me approximately. Good thing I wouldn’t be showing up for nothing. I’ll cut her some slack, because I would guess she is new?

Excellent care from beginning to end! Dr Baravarian is amazing. - very talented, comprehensive and extremely nice! All the people in the office are very competent, polite and efficient. I highly recommend this practice!
