    everyone here is very nice. You dont have to wait a week to see the Dr. and they get you in and out but you dont feal rushed. i had questions about somthing the after seeing the Dr i called they answered my questions rigght away, the Dr. even took the time to get on the phone and talk to me for a moment. Great Dr office!!!

    My husband and I are always happy with everyone at the front desk, and in the back with Dr. Franson. For whatever reason, we waited in the waiting room for over 30 min. and then back in the room for another 10-15 before seeing Dr. F. Usually, my appointments have been much more on-time!

    The doctor explained everything and told me about all the possible treatments, assuring me he'd start with the least invasive. I'll definitely go back to UFAI when I need to.

    Dr. Franson was great, very knowledgeable and took his time every visit to to answer any questions and explain the treatment so my 9 year would understand her condition.

    My visit with the doctor was very satisfactory; however, I had to contact the office to clarify a billing/insurance network issue. So far I have contacted the office 3 times, and no one has had the courtesy to respond. Therefore, naturally, I will select a different podiatrist for any future needs. This is ridiculous. My inquiry should have been very simple to answer, but apparently the staff is not customer oriented as the doctor is. So what started out as a very satisfactory experience has turned into a most unsatisfactory one.

    When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. It would be helpful to have a sign to tell us to go ahead through the glass door to check in. We stood waiting for someone to come to the front desk for some time.
