I was called the same day to come in an hour earlier for my appointment. I completed a bunch of paperwork in the office and then sat in patient room for 30-45 minutes because no one told the doctor I was there. I was very disappointed with this because I left work for the earlier appointment but actually saw the doctor at my original later appointment time.

My experience with Dr Franson and staff has been excellent!!! Very professional, efficient, kind. Dr Franson has a great bedside manner and makes you feel at ease and explains everything where it’s easily understood.

I have been a patient of Dr. Justin Franson for several years.I feel like he's an excellent doctor. The staff is professional and friendly. The new office is state of the art.I can't recommend them highly enough.

I am shocked at some of these reviews talking about them requiring a credit card to be on file. Even Cedars keeps my credit card and they bill charge for my deductible. This is how medicine works these days folks.I went here to get my ankle fixed and to end the pain I endured with every friggen step.  This is something  two other surgeons could not do. But Dr. Baravarian said he could and that is exactly what he did. He is a very busy guy, and I understand why, because he is that good. But he gave me the time I needed, had great bedside manner and confidence, which made me feel optimistic about having another surgery.What happened? He fixed my ankle and I can now walk pain free. Six months later I am starting tennis again, something other docs said I would never do again.Thank you Dr. Bob, I am forever grateful.PS.  please charge my credit card for my insurance deductibles as I am too busy living my life again to send you a check! :)

I was a walk-in patient, literally, and Dr. Nalbandian was able to see me as soon as I finished filling out the paperwork. She took x-rays and gave me a diagnosis with options for treatment. I am happy with the prompt attention and treatment suggestions, Dr. Nalbandian was recommended by a friend who is also one of her patients, I'll do the same if the opportunity presents.

I contacted you from out of state (NJ) because my 6-yr-old orthotics made by you when I lived in LA needed to be recovered. I wish I could remember every staff member’s name who helped me over the phone. The receptionist/assistant who took my first few calls in July was patient, friendly and listened carefully. Ultimately, someone named Alex made the arrangements for my project, coordinating with your lab. He was very helpful, too. I love my refurbished orthotics as much as I loved them originally. I was anxious about doing this by mail/phone rather than in person. I wish I still had access to your care because my local podiatry care is not great. Every doctor here who has assessed my orthotics notes how very well made they are. Thank you for doing your jobs so well.
