Dr. Franson and his staff go out of their way to create a warm, welcoming environment! I've been seeing Dr. Franson for over a year now and he always takes the time to listen, address any concerns and answer my questions in full detail. He performed surgery on my foot in August. I was back to running and my full exercise routine within three months. My overall expectations have honestly been exceeded regarding my recovery. I must also include a shout out to the physical therapy team. They are amazing! Also, the girls at the front desk are so personable and make scheduling appointments a breeze. Anytime I hear of someone looking for a podiatrist I'm quick to recommend Dr. Franson and share my experience.

It is a place much like an Institute that takes every care, every bit of knowledge they possess to take what they have studied, trained, and know in their HEARTS! To do the MOST COMPLICATED Treatment, to the most common such as fixing a toe that is infected on a diabetic foot. A very important treatment! Especially if you have diabetes

The visit felt rushed because 1) Xrays were taken of my feet but we didn't even discuss them; 2) The doctor prescribed PT but I thought it was only the exercises given to me as a handout. I appreciated the two options for purchasing the orthotics. I've been to one PT session and it was amazing.

The assistant who guided me to the xray machine -- it was hard to hear him through the mask so I moved to hear him and the first xray was messed up. He seemed annoyed.

The staff and doctor were flexible in accommodating my needs and figuring out what my best options. They did the homework with the insurance in preparation of my treatment so there were no physical or financial mysteries. Thanks for your effort and genuine care.

Everyone at UFAI is extremely professional and thorough. Over the last several years, I’ve been to several different doctors for my condition, and this, by far, is the best team, treatment and care I’ve received thus far.
