Love you guys, you’re awesome. I’ve always come to you to get my plaster mold for my orthotics. This year it was digital with the phone so I don’t know if I like them or not yet. Your staff is very helpful, very accommodating, and always makes sure I’m taken care of. I will come back and keep seeing you guys at least every two years, unless I have another problem then I’ll come more often. (That’s what she said)

I'm very happy with my care and the only room for improved experience would be more detail about the mechanisms (whether joints, ankles etc) of my feet and ankle that are causing my issues. I like to know how things work.

Dr. Franson explained what had happened to my knee in the first minute. His careful explanations made it easier to make the hard decision to have ankle surgery. Sabrina coordinated the scheduling and stayed in contact with my personal physician's office to ensure all the necessary pre-op procedures were done. I appreciate that Dr. Franson called me after the surgery to let me know that it had gone well.

It would of been great to know I had to fill out all new paperwork when I arrived. Perhaps emailed me the forms so I didn't have to do it there.
Also, I paid lab tests, but never received the results. I guess no news is good news....but if I'm paying for something, I want to know what the results.
