Patient Reviews of University Foot and Ankle Institute

Dr. Baravarian seemed nice and was knowledgeable but I only spent 10 minutes with him so it's a little soon to ask me for a rating.
They were supposed to make insoles for me but I haven't heard back from them as of yet. They said 2 weeks Maybe they forgot? I don't know.
As far as office staff. Honestly I wasn't happy!
My debit card got lost in that office and by the time I limped back to my truck (around the block because no parking) and realized I didn't have the card, the lady was gone. They found it the next day after we shut the card off. Huge inconvenience and I was pissed off! However the lady I talked to on the phone at a separate office was very nice and tried to help me re: the debit card. She was apologetic but she wasn't the lady in the office that took my info.
Lesson learned! I'll never walk away from my card/license/ins card again at any Dr office window.
Hopefully you keep this confidential so I'll be comfortable to come back without backlash.

I came back for my follow up and the staff wouldn’t let me go in. They said I needed prior authorization which I don’t. If they’d called me I could have straightened it out and been able to keep my appointment. Disappointing as I liked Dr Briskin

Appreciated thoroughness which included X-rays.
A little disappointed about diagnosis in that nothing could really be done.

Would like to explore at some time why surgery would not correct.

Having a different problem with other foot but hesitant to have it checked.

As always, Dr. Briskin is the best! This appointment was for my son Judah -- it was NOT for my other son, Jacob (the email indicated that it was an appointment for Jacob). I'm Leslie Isaac Jeret, both boys' father's. So, again -- perfect appointment, wrong patient!

I am so grateful to Dr. Briskin and his staff that helped me with the pain in my foot and leg. The way they listened and took care of things quickly got my recovery started and has been so helpful. I highly recommend this group.

I thought the front staff was incredible- kind and quick. I appreciated how safe the office was in consideration to covid. Everyone communicated clearly. And the doctor was great. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me reasonable options from the less aggressive to the very aggressive.
Overall I was happy with my entire experience.

Due my arthritic condition I have been there for two appointments for the simple act of having my toenails cut.
I found Dr. Kelman very friendly and welcoming. He gave me a good recommendation for purchasing new and necessary walking shoes.
