Dr. Briskin is probably one of the 2 best podiatrists I've ever seen. However, he put me in the hands of his assistant on my first visit to probe around in my foot the same way the emergency doctor did, with no result, even though I was telling her where the foreign body was. It was very large & painful. This left me to walk around on my foot, while waiting to get the MRI (which took along time because of what was & still is happening in my life). Causing the wood to dig deeper into my foot which was not good. I have a large scar which is still painful. I still wonder if it is all out of my foot. That said, I have faith in Dr Briskin who, in the end, listened to me & removed it fairly easily. He also diagnosed an issue I've been complaining about for nearly 30 years that everyone else overlooked or dismissed & subsequently ignored as unimportant. It is my deep hope that he can & will resolve this painful issue. I have confidence in Dr. Briskin's knowledge & abilities which gives me encouragement. Thank you.

I have faith in Dr Briskin who, listened to me & removed an enormous chunk of wood lodged in my foot, fairly easily, after the Cedars Emergency Room bungled it 4 days prior. He also diagnosed an issue I've been complaining about for nearly 30 years that everyone else overlooked or dismissed & subsequently ignored as unimportant. I didn’t receive this survey, when I saw Dr.Bob, it was my first time seeing someone, after Dr.Redkar left. I would not return if he was the only other podiatrist there. He basically threw a tantrum at the staff, a loud one, for myself and other patients to hear. It was appalling behavior, and incredibly unprofessional. Fortunately, I was able to see Dr. Brisken, and was happy with his care. And did return.

The doctor breezed in and breezed out and didn’t leave much time or space for questions. I get that he does this every day, and it’s all very simple, but it was new to me, and everything was very very rushed. Afterward I didn’t feel I had a clear understanding of the issue and didn’t think I was totally heard. He was very nice and friendly though.

I had to call multiple times to the office and my insurance for the preauthorization. The receptionist told me that the medical assistant was going to call me back to answer my questions. She / He did not call back. No one from the office called me back to schedule an appointment after the preauthorization was approved. The admin staff is doing a disservice to the Doctor’ s good work.

The front desk receptionist was not friendly. When I told her bathroom was out of soap or that hand sanitizer in hallway was not working (I believe she said that's not ours about hand sanitizer - in an annoyed way - instead of offering me some hand sanitizer or suggesting I could use the soap in your in-office restroom)

Hi, Dr. Briskin treated my infected ankle frequently over the past five months...during that time the infection eventually was cleared but the ankle remained red and painful, especially when in bed...requiring special methods keeping the ankle above the mattress. Finally, I discovered that the continuing pain was caused by the medication applied to the ankle.
After discontinuing the Silvasorb gel, the ankle pain completely stopped.
How's that for a simple resolution to a nagging problem........
