Overall, a great experience. Only negative was one time I got time wrong for appointment. It was totally my fault, I apologized. However, receptionist was very angry and rude. It was my first appointment after the surgery so they had to fit me in. Everyone else is great there! Would recommend

I am a patient of Dr. Fransen. I feel confident that he has a comprehensive understanding of my condition, prognosis and subsequent treatment. He is very helpful with suggestions and remedies that will improve my comfort and quality of life. The staff is always kind and helpful, and makes sure that I feel comfortable and cared for and about while I am in his office.
I would recommend Dr. Fransen to any of my friends that had an orthopedic question.

I anticipate that I will be returning to do the fixing on two toes on
my right foot. I cannot schedule the operation until Summer.

I waited far too long to have my toe examined out of fear that the surgery and recovery would be excruciating. My arthritis had progressed in my big toe and I had a toe joint replacement. Dr. Briskin, his staff, and Gray in PT were knowledgeable and patient regarding my post-op care and recovery. Now 7 weeks out, the pain is minimal and I am back walking and doing many of my normal low impact activities. I would definitely recommend UFAI to others and come back for myself if ever needed.
