I saw Dr.Baravarian for the first time although I’d seen Dr.Franson in the Valencia location several times prior. Baravian was recommended by a DPM for evaluation of complications I experienced following foot surgery.I found him a bit dismissive and not really interested in treating me which was ok because I was scheduled to see Dr.Franson later the same day whose ratings would be 10 across the board.I’m fond of UFAI simply because of Dr.Franson. I can’t comment on Dr.Baravarian’s knowledge simply because he didn’t share much with me after deciding that “I did not need him,” but provided a reference to someone he felt was more suitable for me. I can say I respect his honesty. Yes,the office does require a credit card being left on your account but I was billed appropriately.

Dr. Redcar always provides excellent diagnostic skills, treatment options, communication of case information,and excellent hands-on application of the best treatment choices.

Dr Saeedi is the VERY best podiatrist ever and I have seen many over the years. Dr Saeedi has it all...medical knowledge, compassion and bedside manner. In addition his staff is awesome. I am so glad he is my doctor.

My experience with UFAI was pleasant as always.The office staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr.Franson always displays patience and thoroughness during office visits. He shows genuine concern and listens carefully without making you feel he is in a rush to get to the next patient. It is rare to find a Physician who is both knowledgeable and kind but with Dr. Franson you are blessed to experience both.

I have been a patient of Dr Franson for several years and plan on remaining with his office as long as he is in practice in my area. Starting with the front office staff, they are always upbeat, friendly, caring and accommodating.They treat me like family. The wait to be called back to the exam room is minimal. Many times I've passed Dr Franson in the hall on my way to the exam room and I've always been greeted by name with a smile and a hello. Once in the room, the medical staff is attentive, caring, sympathetic. It is always a very short wait to see Dr Franson. He has a very easy going conversational way of talking with you to get all information he needs to treat you correctly. He has an impeccable bedside manner and listens attentively to you. He takes as much time as needed, never making you feel rushed through the appointment. My husband and daughter are both patients of Dr Franson. I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Franson and his staff to any one in need of his services.

I found that I was genuinely cared for during each visit, from the front desk staff to the PT's to the doctor. I am very grateful for the attention they gave me that resulted in feeling back to normal. Thank you!

Great, as always. The staff is friendly and efficient,and check in is quick, wait time short. The doctor is cheerful, thorough,and professional. Check out is quick and takes my future schedule into account.
