Patient Reviews of University Foot and Ankle Institute

My husband was a regular patient of Dr. Briskin. My son also sees him.
When the problem with my foot arose, my son recommended
that i see him and reminded me that i had seen him once or twice. The office visit was wonderful in the respect that xrays were taken and
explained to me and I better understood the problem with my foot. Dr.
Briskin is an excellent doctor and the office staff is welcoming and
efficient.

I had an appointment to pick up my orthotics at the Santa Monica location and when I arrived there I was told there was no appointment for me.
I was told that my appointment had been cancelled, which I was not aware of. Furthermore, my appointment had been made for the Sherman Oaks office, which I've never been to.
Since it was only picking up the orthotics, it wasn't that important but I had still made the appointment.
After some confusion on whether the orthotics were even in the office, they were found and Dr Baravarian's assistant fitted my orthotics.
Please be more mindful when making appointments for people.

The staff is friendly and helpful They got me into the office very fast Dr Kelman is very good He is very good at explaining what you have wrong and works with you to make things better He is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable

Doctor is in and out too fast. Didn't communicate what I needed for PT, so I didn't go. I can do PT at home, just need to know what to do. I've always been made well, so I'll keep coming back. Staff is fine.

The staff at the Granada Hills office is excellent. My rating refers to the people setting the appointments. Frequently, when I call, the call is dis-connected requiring me to call back. On one occasion, I was told I'd get a call back about an appointment but never received a call back.
