Dr Kelman was AMAZING!!! He was very professional and did a flawless job on my foot. He had a wonderful sense of humor which made the small surgery very comfortable and completely painless. I have full confidence in him. His assistants and staff were excellent as well!!!

The inability to contact your office 'Direct" and go through a control station was not assisting to a new patient . One example---Directions!!!!!!!!!!
Told to turn left on McBean----My GPS (New Lexus) designated my Destination arrived at Kohl Shopping center???????????? Traveled in circles for 50 Minutes!! Never told that it was "It the Back" of the very "CORNER" I turned on to McBean The END.

The waiting area is very cramped. It’s very uncomfortable to sit there with a foot injury while people walk by and accidentally bang your feet. Is there any way to make the waiting area more spacious?

I so appreciate the responsiveness of the doctor and staff. They were able to assist me even though I was out of town. They quickly scheduled my appointment when I returned. Will definitely refer them in the future.

Other than a tiny nick to one toe while getting her toenails clipped, the appointment went very well. Thank you for being prompt, thoroughly assessing her feet/legs, clearly explaining the condition of her feet, and how best to care for and protect them.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly; the office is pleasant and not overcrowded or over-busy--I was able to get an appointment right away and was seen right away when I arrived. My only complaint is that it took me several hours to get a referral approved by my primary care physician--which is probably an issue with UCLA HMO, not with your office--I was frustrated that I needed a referral for a broken foot! That shouldn't be necessary. Also, after i left your office I did have numerous questions popping up that I hadn't thought of at the time, so maybe more instruction from the doctor about after-care (like, should I keep icing ? or not? keep my foot elevated at night, etc.) and prognosis about what to expect might have been helpful or reassuring. However, I will ask these questions at my next visit. Overall, I was very pleased with your office and staff.

Absolutely wonderful, the staff, facility were very nice and helpful. Dr. Fransen is the best. Went in to see him with terrible pain. And now have been able to continue my life style with no pain. Would definitely recommend this doctor and facility to everyone

The staff, made me fill at home.
Extremely present.
And Dr.Kelman, I wish all doctors were like him.
He listen, and explains, so that it made me understand, what could or could not be done!
He is the best!
