I myself have been to see Dr Jafary and was very happy. I brought my daughter for an ingrown toenail. She was so scared but Dr Jafary and staff were amazing. He made her feel comfortable and was able to take care of her toe nail. He listened to all her fears and concerns, answered all of her questions and was so patient. She had to get 2 shots to numb her toe and I didnt even know how he was going to accomplish that as she was so afraid. He used every option available and was able to give both shots to her without any problems. (After she said "that was so easy, i shouldn't have been afraid") Dr Jafary is hands down the best podiatrist in the world. My little girl is finally pain free and living her best life and it is all because of Dr Jafary. The Staff was very friendly and the office was super clean. I will always go to Dr Jafary for all our foot or ankle needs and I will continue to recommend him and his office to everyone. You guys helped a terrified and crying child and turned her appointment into an easy and pleasant experience. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.

I was not impressed with thefirst doctor who came into the room to
look at my feet; he know why I came for, but dodn’t even check another obvious condition. I did make that remark to
him.

My experience with Dr. Franson was very good. At a time when I was feeling upset and scared about my broken foot, Dr. Franson and staff were very compassionate and reassuring. I felt satisfied with the care I received and grateful that doctor always took time to listen and answer my many questions. I also really appreciated his conservative approach to giving my body what it needed to heal naturally. Jennifer at the front desk was always a ray of sunshine and so competent. I couldn't recommend Dr. Franson and staff more highly. Thank you to everyone there who helped me through such a difficult time!

The online symptom reporting software doesn’t work. Ever time I log in, whether by email or text message, freezes after the page indicating if my injury is on the left or right foot. I get a spinning icon and nothing appears thereafter.

Dr Franson is amazing…. He’s done 3 surgical procedures on me, helped me with bilateral plantar fasciitis, a broken foot and a broken toe… I wouldn’t go to anyone else… His staff is friendly and gets all my paperwork done quickly…

The front desk girls have been incredible and helpful! I have been told multiple times that an assistant of the doctor would call me when I had questions…and never received a phone call from the assistant.. (upwards of 3 days) but the front desk staff, doctors and support staff during my appointments have been incredible

This office is very friendly, makes me feel comfortable, understanding and compassionate.

I really like the doctor’s conservative approach, carefully getting to the core of my problem and referring neuro and mri appointments before proceeding. I’m a retired nurse and have always taken the conservative view of medicine.
