I am scheduled to have a nerve stimulator procedure done on my left ankle on Monday, July 10 and I’m very excited and hopeful that I have finally found the right doctor that can help me as I have been living in constant pain for eight years.

I really like the doctor’s conservative approach, carefully getting to the core of my problem and referring neuro and mri appointments before proceeding. I’m a retired nurse and have always taken the conservative view of medicine.

I also tried to email her through your online system but her name wasn’t listed. There is something wrong with your office management. Also my confirmation reminder emails listed someone named Dr. Campbell as my doctor - have no idea who that is.

This is moot by now, but, fwiw: In my first appointment, the waiting room was packed, with a long line to the front desk. At that point, masks were still required, but there were people in this long line who were not masked. It took 15-20 minutes at least to get to the front of the line, when masks were offered. It didn't feel safe, and I would have appreciated a way to mask people earlier, or not have the whole line crowded like sardines.

​I have seen Dr. Franson twice now, once for calluses and once for ankle pain. He is an expert who is able to quickly pinpoint the exact problem and prescribe a treatment that works. The staff is very friendly and kind. Highly recommended.

Dr. Justin Franson at the valencia office, what a great Dr. and staff, Dr. Franson has always been very professional and helpful, listening to your needs and concerns and respectfully working with you for the best outcome, Dr. Franson has made it possible for me to walk without foot pain, that was no easy task for him as I had dislocated every bone in my foot several years ago, the outcome could not have been any better.

I have been to three different doctors about my foot. Response was do x, don’t do x, and your response was do x. I wish your group could meet about the problem and reach a consensus. Your doctor seem the most positive but it would help if there was input from the group.
