There has been some difficulty in obtaining copies of the billings for the office visits that identify the total billings and what was paid at the time of the visit in the office, cost of wound care products, and now the cost of the amniotic membrane grafts. These have been needed for the Kaiser Claims and IRS.

Whether it's call backs or lost/wrong email addresses, or a complete absence of response, this has been surprising. It's hard to imagine this is an unusual or unique request.

Everyone and everything else just outstanding to work with from the very first phone call.

This is my podiatrist the great Dr. Gary Briskin. He is not only an incredibly nice guy....he's also one of the best Dr's of any kind I've ever had. He's truly knowledgeable with state of the art everything but also  has the communication skills to lay out the information you need in a way that is easy to understand ...even for me and puts you at ease. Just an incredible office filled with people who are not only very good at what they do but seem happy to be doing that job. Highly recommend this guy and his crew. I don't own stock in his company...I'm just  a patient .....and that's the point....they seem to treat everyone this way.

The whole staff is amazing from Dr. Ryan to making sure my care was excellent and went above and beyond to make-up for the lack of care I had received previously from another doctor's office. Irma was great at helping me to schedule all my appointments and patient with my schedule. Lydia, Grey and Tammi are absolutely amazing. I felt complete trust in their care.

I did not appriciate the fact that I was chagred two consultation fees for something which was purly a remake of what I have originally paid for .
I delivered and picked up my previous custome made mold by your clinice just to have a 2nd insole made.
The receptionist insisted for me to pay $75 each time I stepped into your clinic, In my view for " No Good Reason". Dr Briskin is an excellent doctor with very good bedside manner, that is why I will always be back. However, In my opinion this type of charges is not a classy approach to your loyal client.

I wish I could give Dr. Justin Franson 10 stars. I went with him because a friend recommended it to me.I broke my ankle back in 2016, still with pain sometimes, my doctor said I had to decide whether to take out the metal and the nails or not. So I was looking for a second opinion when I visited Dr Franson. He was very nice, with a lot of knowledge of what I was going through. Immediately he sent me to do an MRI (same day of my appointment) because he found out that my pain now is coming from my ligaments. Today he sent me an email with the MRI results and his advice. I am so happy that I had this consultation with Dr. Franson. I am so grateful with him.

The staff honestly makes the difference they were just so amazing and welcoming. I love that the doctor was also so down to earth and friendly. Overall my experience was great! I felt comfortable going in and getting treatment for nail fungus.

Would like Dr to give me some in depth explanations to prepare me mentally & emotionally as to what I should expect, how long pain will last now that I’m out of wheelchair
Also I tweaked my knee first day out of wheelchair. I’d like a reality check. Am I looking at several more months, would like to understand more about pain Mgmt

One of the receptionists at the LA office on Pacific Concourse speaks to patients on the phone way too loudly! I don’t know her name, but she may be with the arthritis side of the practice. It’s so awful!

I went to the office in Sherman Oaks. My Orthopedic Surgeon suggested PRP for my ankle. I asked around and my fiancé who worked for a Stem Cell company and everyone else, suggested stem cells. I googled a number of places that quoted me at $6k. I called this office and they said $1500. I showed up waited over 30 minutes to be seen and the doctor suggested PRP! I said I wanted stem cells and he said it would be 5K and it wouldn't be true stem cells. Bait and switch. I told him his front desk said $1500. He said he needs to talk to her. Dishonest.

Sorry to complain, but the waiting room/receptionist office smells so bad every single time I have come in for an appointment. It is body odor which is horrible to have to smell while you're waiting to be called. I am sure I am not the only one to complain about this problem, though a quick discussion with the employees at the front desk might help. Dr. Briskin is amazing...a true miracle worker. Perhaps even some type of room freshener could help the problem which comes from the receptionist office.

poor discussion of the balance problem that I have. Itr starts with the feet. More to the point i have calluses on my left big toe and second toe, also the same two toes on the right. They are different, but they send up very acute pain from time to time. And finally the prostheses are wonderful where they fit. I need some discussion about what to do with them. Thanks John
