I appreciate all the attention to detail and the level of professionalism that went into my ankle replacement surgery. Both the surgeon (Dr. Franson) and his staff were great all the way through this process.

The office needs to be more on top of returning calls. MRI referrals, appointments, disability forms etc... Sabrina was awesome. She stayed on top of everything. other then the office staff not returning phone calls everything was great.

I was worried that Dr. Carter was young and the last one listed on the roster. At first I was uncomfortable with the thought that he might not have as much experience as the other doctors on the roster. But as I spoke to him I began to feel comfortable and decided to give him a chance. After all everyone in every industry is a novice at first. But I am still in the throes of completing this process of recovery. So we will see what happens.

Dr Redkar (first time meeting her) was a good listener and thoughtful communicator. Attentive assistant. Both were kind and focused. Thank you.

On the service side, I did not need two calls and e-mail reminders however.

Dr. Redkar is one of a small, unique physicians who genuinely care for the patient. It's not just the practice of medicine as a business, but actual loving care for the betterment of the patient. She and her staff are doing fantastically well by listening to the patient and providing the proper solutions to the patient's queries. Keep up the excellent level of service. I, for one, will spread the word.

I had surgery on my small toe on my right foot. After surgery I had absolutely no pain. I was impressed with the skill of Dr Baravarian. The anesthesiologist was the best. All the staff and nurses are very friendly and respectful. I had a very good experience.
