Dr. Carter and the staff were very nice and communicated everything clearly. Never felt rushed. Wait time wasn't too bad. Felt that Dr. Carter explained everything and took all the steps necessary to address my condition and make me feel good about my outcome.

I'm always treated with respect and kindness when I come to your office, even thou my BIG toes have to be clipped and sometimes it's painful for me, Doctor R is very sweet with me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was absolutely fine. Everyone at the office was professional as well as friendly. Only thing unpleasant was the traffic going home. I do understand that there is nothing your office could do about that.

Need to specifically schedule orthotics followup at time they're received (sometimes we patients are not that great at follow through ). Been trying to get used to mine, but they feel like I have round, flat japanese stones beneath my soles. What to do? Don't think they're right...

Dr Franson and his staff at UFAI Valencia are amazing. They are efficient and timely. He has amazing bedside manner and is truly concerned when you have an issue that you are being treated for. I am constantly recommending him when I hear people talk about foot problems. Thanks, Dr Franson.

Staff was great. Dr. Bob did an excellent job, and I'm pleased with the outcome. He was a bit eager to get the consult over at each visit. I had to call him back to ask questions. As in "Wait. I have questions!" as he was walking out the door. And I don't think I was taking up very much of his time, or being dense, or a pest. Perhaps he was overscheduled? But it happened more than once.

I don’t have any additional comments, I’m satisfied with my physical therapy.
My only comment isnt about the therapy, its about the phone system. I find it odd that you are not able to communicate directly with the office to reschedule an appointment or even leave a message.
