    So happy with how all has turned out. Only thing I would have liked along the way was a clearer "heads up" on how long the anesthesia would last and how painful it would be once it wore off. We falsely concluded that it had worn off a few hours before it really did and thought I wasn't going to need much pain management. When the pain hit, it was extraordinarily intense and I think we could have lessened it if I'd taken medication before the anesthesia fully cleared my system.

    Staff did good job of listening as well as examining. Appointment moved along at a decent speed. I did not spend more than a few minutes waiting at every juncture. Full marks for them finishing up with an acknowledgement that the first solution might not fix the problem but that it was the best way to start.

    Dr. Franson has been wonderful with my daughter. He talks to her and not just to her parents. He is very friendly and put her at ease by answering all her questions. He really tries to connect with his patients. He takes the time to give quality care and we appreciate that!

    I love Dr Redkar! I don't like the fact that University Foot and Ankle ( Dr Briskin's office in Santa Monica) billed my insurance company for orthotics again in Feb of this year when I got my orthotics a year ago ( Feb 2017-which they were paid for by my insurance at that time). I don't know if it was a mistake or a purposeful billing error, but nonetheless they received a partial payment from my insurance company in February of this year for a device I didn't order, nor receive, and the original orthotics were already payed out by my insurance company over a year ago.
