What a very well informed visit re my foot issue. Dr Franson offered different & better solutions than the previous podiatrist I have been seeing. Dr Franson also has a very nice bedside manner.

Overall pretty good. I would recommend that the front staff acknowledge pt when they come up to the window. I understand they are busy however if your too busy to greet pt, maybe you shouldn't be at the front desk.

This is my second surgery with Dr Franson. I drive five hours to see him. Absolutely worth it. I’ve given UAFI’s contact info to everyone I know who’ve ever complained about so much as sore feet.

I don’t like ALL the reminders by phone and emails/texts. It really is annoying. That is why it is a 9 and not a 10. I’m not sure I would recommend you to a friend for this reason alone. We love Dr Feldman

Dr. Briskin made me feel comfortable the moment he walked thru the door with his kind words and his relaxed manner. He was knowledgeable, knew what was going on with my foot issues. He gave me exercises to do and the name of the surgical procedure once my Achilles Tendon is stretched enough to allow it. I am very thankful my Chiropractor, Dr. Roy Hughes recommended Dr. Briskin and I knew if Tom Cruise's choice was University Foot & Ankle, it would be mine as well. HyproCure Implant here I come. Thanks !!

Professional without being overly clinical. My appointment was on time, xrays were quick and the determination of orthotics to help alleviate my bunion was explained along with other more invasive treatments. Casting was also quick (and I felt my feet were getting a facial! )

Dr Franson is great. He does a great job and really cares about his patients. He spends time to listen and answer questions and is so nice. The staff are really amazing too. They all have such good energy and took care of my disability paperwork for me. They are so thorough and helpful. I love how efficient the office runs. I never have to wait too long to be seen. I love that I am in and out and all of my needs are taken care so quickly. They are such an effective, well oiled machine in that office. I would definitely recommend this office and my doctor.
