    So happy with how all has turned out. Only thing I would have liked along the way was a clearer "heads up" on how long the anesthesia would last and how painful it would be once it wore off. We falsely concluded that it had worn off a few hours before it really did and thought I wasn't going to need much pain management. When the pain hit, it was extraordinarily intense and I think we could have lessened it if I'd taken medication before the anesthesia fully cleared my system.

    Staff did good job of listening as well as examining. Appointment moved along at a decent speed. I did not spend more than a few minutes waiting at every juncture. Full marks for them finishing up with an acknowledgement that the first solution might not fix the problem but that it was the best way to start.

    Dr. Franson has been wonderful with my daughter. He talks to her and not just to her parents. He is very friendly and put her at ease by answering all her questions. He really tries to connect with his patients. He takes the time to give quality care and we appreciate that!

    I love Dr Redkar! I don't like the fact that University Foot and Ankle ( Dr Briskin's office in Santa Monica) billed my insurance company for orthotics again in Feb of this year when I got my orthotics a year ago ( Feb 2017-which they were paid for by my insurance at that time). I don't know if it was a mistake or a purposeful billing error, but nonetheless they received a partial payment from my insurance company in February of this year for a device I didn't order, nor receive, and the original orthotics were already payed out by my insurance company over a year ago.

    Do a better job of explaining where the entrance to the Robertson clinic is. Perhaps in your "A Look at Our Beverly Hills Office" take a pic of the entrance on the side of the building? Or a sign "Parking for 150 North Robertson Boulevard " Or directions for the staff. I was 40 minutes early for my appt. so I parked in the turnaround at your building and called. The call was routed to another location and the female who answered did not know where the parking was, so she checked with other office personnel, who did not know either. So I found street parking. This is an easy fix for you. At least, have all personnel advised how simple it is to park. Something like "North on Robertson, about 200 feet past Wilshire, the entrance is down the alley on the South side of the building"

    I was seen right on time for the appointment and the staff recognized me even though I had only been there one time before. Dr. Redkar was super helpful and encouraging and made me feel at ease. Really like going there!

    I will be returning and there is no higher endorsement on my part. If I am not satisfied with medical services I do not hesitate to change providers. Simply put, Dr. Carter was terrific and the staff was very efficient and courteous.

    Coming to your Santa Monica office on Feb. 20 was very hard time wise. We got stuck in traffic along Santa Monica Blvd. for 2 hours.

    My next appointment will be at 1245 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles.

    In hindsight I would like to have seen the MRI showing my neuroma. I have not made up my mind about having more surgery. Seeing what is actually happening in my foot might help me make the decision. And I really would like to talk to someone who has had this surgery. Dr Baravarian suggested I could hang out in his waiting room and talk to patients. I'd rather have a few numbers to call. I will go online to see what people have said about this surgery.

    The doctor seemed in a hurry this time unlike previous times.I have been coming o=in for over a year now. The assistant/student who helped me was brand new and did not appear to be well trained like the others I have seen previously. He did not offer to assist me with my injured foot to prepare to get x-rays. the others perviously helped me. And in the x-ray room he did not help me put on the heavy vest as others did before. And when I needed to move the angle of my foot to get another view for x-ray, he moved me manually with his hand, not gently, as the others did not do this, they asked me to position it myself which I know how to do. Lastly when finished usually the assistant checks to see if I am okay and need any assistance to get dressed to leave. he was nowhere to be found. And he did not check to see if it was time to trim my toe nails as the other aids always did. I do realize these things happen sometimes and was unlike any previous visit and I hesitated to say this at this time but in your message you stated you wanted to hear the truth, I hope you meant that. there seemed to have been a turnover of many staff members this visit and many new staffers.
