It was amazing to me that during the very onset of Covid when everything was so unsure I got personal texts from Dr. Bavarian. I really appreciated it because I was concerned about my infected foot.
P.S. the Steelers surgical cap was a great touch on the day of surgery! Thank you Dr. Baravarian.

I was recommended to see Dr. Franson. He always has taken his time when i visit to go over my xrays, give me the best scenario to give me the least bit of pain and no more discomfort. Plantar fascia release, custom insoles, and for the last 2 years the pain is absolutely gone. The staff there is in every wich way, professional, kind, and will go over your insurance info with you before a decision is made, so you know you're in the best care possible. Friendly staff, and courtesy calls goes a long way. Thank you EVERYONE at the Valencia foot and Ankle institute.

I spent a very short period of time with the actual doctor. The current issue has been dealt with well. I was told to eventually come back and take care of another foot that may need work. I could have used a bit more information around the suggested future procedure. The why and the what ... otherwise, all was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Franson always is patient and explains what he's doing, my diagnosis and prognosis and is thinking ahead about what I can do to contribute to a successful recovery; as well as medications that will help in treatment and recovery. I was seeing doctors at USC medical for years for chronic lymphedema in my legs, and I felt I was getting nowhere.....Dr. Franson had recommendations for treatment that had a positive effect, and did some good in keeping the lymphedema under control. I feel confident that Dr. Franson knows what will be best in moving forward in my treatment.

The office needs to do a better job between the front office and the accounting office
1. I was charged with the cream I did not get.
2. I was asked to pay the balance when I already took care of it a few weeks before

I appreciated that the front office was quick to correct the mistakes after I mentioned them.

Over the years I have had several foot and toe issues. Dr. Franson and his staff have always given me prompt and exceptional care. I have highly recommended Dr. Franson to others and will continue to do so.
